At Japac Homes we treat each home as if it was our own – attention to detail is a priority and Janine designs each home on an individual basis.

Exterior colours, bathroom fittings, kitchen layout and colour, tile and carpet selection is all done specifically for each house ensuring that yours is not the same as the one next door.

Each Japac Home has a stunning interior fit out with use of colour and new and innovative products a must – no beige walls with beige carpet and beige tiles here!  Our homes are exciting!

WHY BUY A JAPAC HOME?

Industry research has shown that 90% of people who build their own home, don’t build again. It’s no wonder with stress, hidden costs, quality issues and hold ups playing a big part.

Japac Homes offers a  product which is different than other building companies and which takes these “negatives” out of the building process.   Quite simply you do not build your own home – we do it for you.

Japac Homes sells a finished product with everything completed except the curtains and drapes.  The house will be complete down to the landscaping, clothesline and letterbox.  All you need to do is collect the keys and move on in.

However if you would like to be involved in the actual building process you can also purchase a Japac Home at any stage of construction and add your personal touches – working alongside Paul and Janine so that the process is simple and completely stress free.  You get the benefit of their experience at no extra cost!

FINDING A SECTION ...

In addition to home building Japac Homes undertakes land development and subdivision, so we have our own sections to build on in all areas of Palmerston North.   Clients do not need to find and pay for their own section before building.   The cost of the section is part of the final payment on settlement day.

HIDDEN COSTS …

Japac Homes do not operate on a building contract system.  If you buy a Japac Home you complete a standard REINZ agreement for sale and purchase with a set purchase price,  payment of a deposit upon signing and the balance paid on settlement day.  No hidden surprises here.

QUALITY ISSUES …

Quite simply there are none!  Japac Homes prides itself on its use of all local suppliers and subcontractors many of whom we have had a relationship with since we began building homes in Palmerston North back in 2002.   All our work and product is guaranteed and any maintenance issues that may arise are dealt with immediately.

HOLD UPS …

You are buying a finished product ready to move into eliminating any hold ups – you name the settlement date that suits you.
