“We remember very clearly the first time we properly took notice of your company, which was when we saw the nearly completed Stanley Avenue property last year. From the moment we met Paul for a walk-thru of the house, we knew we had found the right company to build with. One of the standout things for us from that initial meeting was how open and laid-back you were, Paul. There was no high-pressured sales pitch or over-the-top efforts to woo our business. You were genuinely interested in our family wants and needs. You provided us with options, and we connected with you straight away. We finally found ourselves in a position where we could see our dream of building a new family home being realised. The house/land package options Japac offers are simple and very achievable.

I use the word achievable because when we had looked at other companies, no one offered anything we liked that included a section too. Financially, we could not see how we could afford to buy land separately. We also had the hurdle of selling our home before we could move forward in any capacity. Our dream seemed beyond our reach so we had little or no motivation to try and sell our house to get things started. But Japac simplified the whole process and provided us easy options that made our dream achievable. The building experience itself was actually a lot of fun – well, maybe ‘fun’ isn’t the exact word to describe it, but the point is the experience was exciting and certainly not stressful. You were both easy to communicate with, and we appreciated your design input when we needed it. Nothing was ever a problem, and we valued being able to come to you with thoughts or minor issues and you got things sorted straight away. Towards the end I regularly visited the site throughout the day to see all the progress, and I enjoyed meeting the different contractors you had working on the house, and seeing everything come together.
